Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/services.
• Demonstrate and present company products/services to prospective clients.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and pitch technical products in a simplified manner.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales is a plus.
