Job Overview

Fishfa Agri World Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven B2B Export Sales Executive to

support and expand our international peanut product sales. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and management of the export sales cycle

while ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities for peanut and
  • peanut-based products.
  • Manage and convert B2B leads via online platforms (such as Alibaba, TradeIndia, Export
  • Genius), international expos, and buyer inquiries.
  • Conduct professional communication with overseas buyers through emails, calls, and
  • virtual meetings.
  • Prepare and negotiate pricing, proposals, and commercial terms for international clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, packaging, logistics, QA/QC) to
  • ensure timely and quality delivery of export orders.
  • Handle all pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation in compliance with export
  • regulations.
  • Maintain customer records, monitor sales progress, and manage CRM systems.
  • Track and analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to support strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and export promotion events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.

Candidate Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, Agri-Business, or
  • related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of international trade, INCOTERMS, shipping procedures, and
  • documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and email communication.
  • Prior experience in the agri-export/FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and target-oriented professional.
  • Willingness to travel for international business (if required).
