Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our team at Bajaj Health Insurance. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for selling health insurance products to individuals and corporates, identifying new sales opportunities, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling health insurance products to new and existing customers

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, intermediaries, and other stakeholders

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
