Sales Executive

The Indoor Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining product details, managing leads, closing sales, and providing after-sales support. This is an office-based role with no fieldwork.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and calls.
• Provide detailed product information about 3D wall panels, pricing, and installation guidance.
• Explain features, benefits, and customization options to customers.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Maintain customer database and sales reports.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch team for order processing.
• Provide professional after-sales support and resolve queries.
• Understand customer needs and offer the best interior design product recommendations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
• Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (interior/design industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English preferred).
• Good knowledge of interior products is an advantage.
• Ability to explain products clearly and confidently.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and customer-friendly approach.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
