Job Description
- Identify and develop new B2B & B2C clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online platforms.
- Manage and respond to IndiaMART leads promptly and professionally.
- Convert IndiaMART inquiries into actual sales.
- Follow up with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, or in-person visits.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment and customer support.
- Maintain and update lead reports, CRM entries, and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales or client acquisition.
- Experience in handling IndiaMART or similar B2B marketplaces.
