Job Description
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in lighting / electrical products.
Strong knowledge of India-MART operations and lead management.
Hands-on experience with CRM software.
Ability to manage online & offline sales together.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
Ability to analyze sales data and improve strategies.
Knowledge of lighting products (LED, flood lights, focus lights, etc.) is an advantage.
