Job Summary:

Leeva Electronics is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to support market expansion and sales growth across the Gujarat region for air coolers and electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive market expansion for Leeva brand in Gujarat
• Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and sales partners
• Handle field sales for air coolers and electronic products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships
• Prepare daily sales activity reports and performance updates
• Execute company sales strategies and policies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass
• Sales or marketing experience preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills (Gujarati required, basic Hindi preferred)
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Willingness to work in the field
• Basic knowledge of air coolers or electronic products is an advantage
