Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients within the UPS/Inverter and energy storage ecosystem, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's battery management systems and energy storage solutions.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation,
  • Presenting and negotiating business proposals
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of energy storage systems, EV markets, battery technology, and BMS solutions
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to meet sales goals
  • Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Relevant sales or technical experience in the energy or EV sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
