Sales & Marketing Manager

The Export Sales Manager is responsible for driving international sales growth and expanding the company’s presence in global markets. Key duties include developing export sales strategies, identifying new overseas customers, managing distributor and client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and logistics procedures. The role requires strong market research skills, knowledge of international trade practices, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments to support smooth order fulfillment. Previous experience in export sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel internationally are essential.

• Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–7+ years of experience in export sales or global business development.
• Strong knowledge of export laws, documentation, and international trade regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving international sales growth goals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
