• ✅ Key Responsibilities:Recruit and develop insurance agents/advisors
• Drive motor, health, and other general insurance products
• Achieve sales targets through the agency channel
• Train and motivate agents for business growth
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• 🎯 Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Insurance / Agency Sales
• Strong sales and team handling skills
• Local market knowledge is preferred
• Stability in previous roles
