Salon Receptionist

1. Reception Management

o Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors politely.

o Maintain a presentable and welcoming reception area.

2. Appointment Scheduling

o Manage appointments via walk-ins, phone calls, or online.

o Maintain an organized appointment calendar.

o Follow up with clients as needed.

3. Communication

o Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

o Maintain clear and effective communication with staff and clients.

o Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner.

4. Basic Computer Skills

o Use MS Excel, Word, and basic office software.

o Maintain records and client information digitally.

o Perform data entry and document organization.

5. Basic Accounts

o Assist in preparing daily/weekly cash reports.

o Maintain petty cash records.

o Support basic billing and invoice preparation.

6. Cash Handling

o Collect payments accurately.

o Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.

o Responsible for day-end cash tallying and reporting.

7. Desk & Area Maintenance

o Keep the reception desk neat and organized at all times.

o Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the front desk and waiting area.
