Role Summary:

The Senior Sales Account Executive will be responsible for new client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth through consultative B2B selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and client acquisition

• Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead to closure

• Handle key enterprise accounts and long-term client relationships

• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams

• Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations

• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and forecasts

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in B2B / enterprise / solution sales

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Proven record of closing sales deals

• Experience handling key accounts and long sales cycles

Good to Have:

• Experience in automation, Industry 4.0, IoT, or software sales

• CRM experience (Odoo)

• Manufacturing or industrial domain exposure
