Job Description
- 🔹 Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products (Agriculture & Garden Machinery) to customers clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide correct information.
- Maintain daily call records and follow up with interested leads.
- Coordinate with sales & dispatch team for order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets given by the company.
- 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 2 year experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive over phone.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, and MS Excel preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
