📋 KRA – Sous Chef (Continental)

1️⃣ Ensure consistency in taste, portion size & presentation of all continental dishes.

2️⃣ Maintain proper mise-en-place and smooth kitchen operations during service.

3️⃣ Follow strict hygiene, food safety & FSSAI standards in the kitchen.

4️⃣ Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen helpers.

5️⃣ Control food cost by minimizing wastage and maintaining portion control.

6️⃣ Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage & FIFO of ingredients.

7️⃣ Support Head Chef in menu improvement and introducing new dishes.

8️⃣ Ensure timely order execution and high guest satisfaction.
