Store Incharge

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders and invoices

Maintain proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, tools, and consumables

Issue materials to production/dispatch as per approved requisitions

Maintain accurate stock records in registers / ERP / Excel

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies

Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed

Coordinate with Purchase department for material shortages and re-ordering

Ensure proper labeling, identification, and cleanliness of the store area

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels

Handle scrap, rejected, and damaged materials properly

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports

Supervise store helpers and loaders
