A Store Manager in Skincare is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a skincare or dermatology-focused retail store, ensuring sales growth, excellent customer experience, and proper handling of skincare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations (opening, closing, staff scheduling)
• Drive sales of skincare products through customer consultation
• Ensure correct product knowledge, usage guidance, and hygiene standards
• Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Train and manage beauty advisors / store staff
• Resolve customer queries related to skincare concerns and products
• Maintain billing, cash handling, and basic reporting
• Ensure brand guidelines and store SOPs are followed
