We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Executive to manage boutique walk-in customers as well as online sales through Instagram, WhatsApp, website orders, and video calls.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, customer interaction, and multi-tasking in a premium boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities Boutique Sales (Offline)

• Greet and assist walk-in customers politely
• Explain sarees, fabrics, work details, pricing & care
• Help customers with selection and basic draping guidance
• Coordinate billing, orders, and delivery details

Online Sales (Instagram, WhatsApp, Website)

• Reply to Instagram DMs and WhatsApp inquiries promptly
• Share product photos, videos, prices, and availability
• Follow up with interested customers
• Handle video call sales professionally
• Manage website orders and dispatch coordination

Order & Dispatch Handling

• Verify order details (product, address, contact)
• Coordinate packing and dispatch
• Share tracking details with customers
• Assist in basic return/exchange coordination

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1–4 years experience in boutique / clothing sales preferred
• Good communication skills in Gujarati (Hindi/English basic)
• Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, smartphone & computer
• Confident personality with customer-first attitude
• Interest in fashion, sarees, and styling
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly
