We are a growing cloud kitchen serving authentic Punjabi food and specialty kulchas. We focus on taste consistency, hygiene, and fast delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook naan, roti, kulcha, tandoori roti, lachha paratha (as per menu)
• Handle tandoor setup: dough prep, fire/temperature control, coal/gas management
• Maintain consistent size, texture, and taste for every order
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly
• Manage prep planning for peak hours to ensure fast service
• Reduce wastage and maintain proper storage of dough and ingredients
• Keep the tandoor station clean and organized
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen team for order flow and packing timing

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef (Punjabi kitchen experience preferred)
• Skilled in dough making, fermentation timing, and high-volume tandoor output
• Can handle peak rush and maintain quality
• Discipline, punctuality, and cleanliness are non-negotiable
• Team-player mindset

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience in cloud kitchen / delivery-only setup
• Knowledge of stuffed kulchas (aloo, paneer, onion, mix, etc.) and toppings/finishing
