Team Leader

Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Assign tasks and responsibilities as per team capacity and skill level

Monitor team performance and ensure work is completed on time

Provide training, coaching, and on-the-job support to team members

Maintain discipline, attendance, and team coordination

Act as a bridge between management and team members

Resolve team issues, conflicts, and work-related problems

Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to seniors

Ensure company policies, rules, and SOPs are followed

Support team in achieving quality, productivity, and efficiency goals

Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive work environment
