Telecaller

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with retailers, promote our products, and generate business orders. If you enjoy talking to people, convincing them, and turning conversations into sales — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to retailers and potential customers.
• Introduce company products and explain features, offers, and pricing.
• Generate and follow up on orders from existing and new retailers.
• Build strong relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
• Maintain call and order records accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing and delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence to handle calls and close orders.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred).
• Experience in telecalling or FMCG/Retail sales preferred — freshers welcome!
