🎯 Role Overview

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, explaining our fire-safety services, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Your communication skills and customer-first mindset will directly contribute to company growth.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain fire safety products/services such as extinguishers, signage, hydrant systems, alarms, and AMC services.

Maintain follow-up with clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Convert inquiries into qualified leads and maintain CRM records.

Share quotations, service details, and coordinate with the operations team.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead targets.

🧑‍💼 Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience.

Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, English & Hindi (or local language).

Ability to explain technical services in a simple way.

Confident, smart, and target-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of fire safety equipment is a plus (training will be provided).

Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp communication, and basic CRM usage.
