🕘 Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
💼 Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
- 🔹 Job Role Includes:Handle inbound & outbound calls related to assigned software/API projects
- Assist customers with queries, support, and basic technical communication
- Promote and explain our digital products/services to potential clients
- Maintain records of customer interactions & leads
- Support marketing campaigns via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- 🔹 Requirements:Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Must
- Proficient in Hindi communication
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital services or interest in marketing is a plus
