🔹 Job SummaryA Travel Consultant is responsible for helping clients plan, book, and manage their travel itineraries. The role includes understanding customer needs, suggesting suitable travel packages, ensuring smooth bookings, and delivering excellent customer service.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email & in person.
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
• Create customized tour itineraries (domestic & international).
• Provide information on destinations, hotels, flights, and transportation.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and confirmation vouchers.
• Maintain good relationships with hotels, suppliers, and transport partners.
• Handle customer issues, queries, and on-trip support.
• Meet monthly sales targets and track conversions.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports.

• 🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication & customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of travel destinations & travel industry trends.
• Ability to prepare itineraries and costings.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure & meet targets.
• Previous experience in a travel agency (preferred but not mandatory).
