Job Description
- 📞 Telesales & Client Handling Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services.
- Follow up with leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, or social media.
- Maintain a professional tone and build positive client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and guide them about our packages/services.
- Maintain call logs, lead data, and daily reporting.
- 📱 Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to enquiries and messages promptly.
- Assist in planning campaigns, reels, and promotions.
- Maintain good content quality, captions, and brand voice.
- Track page growth and engagement.
- 🔹 Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language).
- Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
- Good knowledge of Instagram & Facebook.
- Ability to create simple posts/reels (Canva knowledge preferred).
- Confident, positive attitude & target-oriented mindset.
- 🔹 QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or social media is an advantage.
- 🔹 SalaryBased on experience + incentives for performance.
