Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to support our sales and lead generation efforts in the Import-Export industry. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, international buyers/suppliers, and generating qualified leads to drive business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to domestic and international prospects (importers/exporters, distributors, manufacturers, etc.).
• Introduce the company’s import/export services and product portfolio.
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule meetings or demos with interested clients for the sales/business development team.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and customer information in CRM tools.
• Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and onboarding.
• Stay updated with global trade trends, product categories, and industry regulations.
• Provide basic information about shipping terms (Incoterms), payment methods (LC, TT), and compliance if required.
