Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads provided by the company (IndiaMART, campaigns, database, etc.)
- Understand customer requirements and explain products clearly
- Convince customers and close orders on call
- Do regular follow-ups to convert pending leads into sales
- Maintain proper call records, follow-ups, and updates in CRM/system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally
- Coordinate with team/manager for order processing and delivery
- Mandatory Requirements (Very Important)Minimum 6 months experience in telesales/telecalling with sales closing
- Strong communication skills (Hindi required, English/Gujarati is a plus)
- Must have proven ability to generate orders on calls
- Confidence, persuasion skills, and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and continue follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of CRM or data entry
