Job Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing leads through regular calling
- Understand client requirements and guide them through the full sales process until deal closure
- Handle inquiries professionally via calls and messages
- Explain in detail about stock market training programs and how the training is conducted
- Communicate the benefits of enrolling with Blessor Finance clearly to prospects
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
- Provide satisfactory answers to all client queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct after-sales service calls and collect client feedback
- Resolve client concerns and queries in a timely manner
- Escalate issues to the Reporting Manager when required
- Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system
- Track follow-ups and manage data efficiently
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Reporting Manager
