Telesales Executive

Vyaranta Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development & Client Relations Associate to join our team. We're looking for an individual with a strong foundation in business tools and a passion for building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Effectively manage and update customer information, leads, and sales data using Excel sheets.
• Follow-up: Proactively follow up with new leads and past customers to ensure their needs are met and to nurture long-term relationships.
• Social Media Engagement: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media tools to identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and enhance our company's online presence.
• Daily Task Completion: Efficiently complete a variety of day-to-day administrative and sales tasks.
• Learning & Growth: Demonstrate a strong ability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and industry knowledge.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets.
• Strong Learning Abilities: A self-starter with a quick grasp of new concepts and an eagerness to expand their skill set.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of professional and effective communication in both written and verbal forms.
• Experience with Social Media Tools: Knowledgeable in using LinkedIn for business development and professional networking.
• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet daily deadlines.
