Telesales Executive

ob Responsibilities:

• Incoming leads (IndiaMART, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media) ko timely call karna aur qualify karna
• B2B (Dealer, Distributor, Trader) aur B2C (Farmer / End Customer) dono type ke customers ke saath professional communication maintain karna
• Product details, specifications, photos, videos, pricing aur delivery information clearly explain karna
• Customer requirement ke according right product suggest karna
• Regular follow-ups karke quotation se order tak lead ko move karna
• Monthly / weekly sales targets ke according kaam karna aur achieve karna
• CRM / Excel / Lead sheet me proper entry aur update maintain karna
• Senior sales / closer team ke saath coordination karke deal closure me support karna
• Payment terms, dispatch timeline aur basic documentation ki information customer ko dena
• Daily call report, follow-up status aur target vs achievement data report karna
• Company process, calling script aur sales discipline ko strictly follow karna

Specific Requirements / Skills:

• Minimum 1–3 years ka experience in Telesales / Inside Sales (B2B aur B2C dono preferred)
• Strong Hindi communication skills (Gujarati / English extra advantage)
• Phone pe confidently baat karna aur conversion-focused conversation karna aana chahiye
• Target-oriented mindset aur pressure me performance deliver karne ki ability
• Basic knowledge of sales funnel, follow-ups aur negotiations
• CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel / Google Sheets ka working knowledge
• Agriculture / machinery / industrial products ka experience plus point
• Discipline, ownership aur system-driven working style mandatory
