Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities:• Handle inbound & outbound telecalling for travel inquiries

• Create customized tour itineraries as per client requirements

• Explain tour packages, hotels, cab options & pricing to customers

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Coordinate with hotels, transport & vendors for availability

• Share quotations, itineraries & confirmations via WhatsApp / Email

• Follow up with leads to close sales

• Maintain customer data, booking details & payment status

• Ensure excellent customer service before & after booking

🔹 Required Skills:• Good communication & convincing skills

• Knowledge of domestic tour destinations (Himachal, Kashmir, Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, etc.)

• Ability to create day-wise itineraries

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email)

• Sales-oriented & target-driven mindset
