Job Description
Operate and set up VMC/CNC machines as per job requirements.
Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment for machining.
Read and interpret engineering drawings & job instructions.
Perform tool offset, job setting, program calling, and basic program edits.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accurate and quality production.
Inspect finished components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other instruments.
Maintain machine cleanliness and report any technical issues.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
