Job Summary: Looking for a skilled Technician with a strong background in Telecom RF installation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the tower climbing, antenna height adjustment and telecommunication equipment installations and replacement. Key Responsibilities:

Installation of telecommunications cabling and equipment

Installation, relocation and removal of tower mounted equipment

Working at heights on a range of telecommunications structures including poles, towers and masts to install antennas, feeders and ancillary equipment

Erection and fixing of pole to facilitate the installation of telecommunications equipment

Installing cable tray, conduits, antenna mounts, etc.

Providing power to the equipments

Qualifications:

Valid work height certificate like FARM TOCLI/Rise-Q is preferred

Proficiency in English/Hindi/Regional language for effective communication

Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure and tower-related operations

Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment used during tower climbing

Preferred

Must have android mobile with Airtel SIM

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Technician or in a similar role is preferred
