We are a growing Photography & Media Company looking for an experienced HR Professional to manage end-to-end human resource operations. The role requires handling recruitment, HR operations, documentation, legal coordination, and digital hiring for multiple departments. As our team is expanding, we need someone who can work beyond routine HR tasks and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all departments

• Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating final selection

• Employee onboarding and induction

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

• Coordinate performance tracking and internal communication

• Support team discipline and workplace policies

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and exit formalities

• Ensure basic labour law compliance and HR documentation

• Implement HR policies and SOPs

4. Digital HR & Tools

• Hiring through online job portals and social media platforms

• Use of WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets, and HR databases

• Maintain digital employee data and reports

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5–10 years of experience in HR

• Strong recruitment and people management skills

• Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance

• Experience with digital hiring tools and online platforms

• Ability to manage and scale a growing team

• ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
