Job Description
1. Understanding Daily Dealer Orders in System
2. Analysing the Daily Loads and converting to Truck(s)/Vehicle requirements based on best Truck Filling Utilisation
3. Co-ordinating with Transporter Team and arranging Empty Vehicle(s) on the same day of Order
4. Co-ordinating with RE Deport Team for on-time Vehicle Loadong and all Documentation - Invoices and E-Way Bill Updation (Part A)
5. Co-ordinating with Transporter Team for System Manifestation and LR/Docket to Indev
6. Further Updation of Same Manifestation and Dockets to RE Depot - both in System and Hard Copy
7. Further updation of same E-Way Bill Part A as a coninuation of Transportation vis Indev GST E-Way Bill Portal Access
8. Same day Loaded Vehicle Releasing - complete Co-ordination
9. Complete Tracking of each Docket till its Delivery at Respective Dealers - follow-ups and Co-ordinations
10. Daily MIS - System and Manual (Excel) Preparation and Submission
