Job Title: Immigration Consultant / Office Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate for our Immigration Office. The candidate will handle client inquiries, assist with visa applications, and manage office documentation. The role requires good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries related to visa and immigration services
• Assist in preparing and checking visa application documents
• Maintain client records and office files
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and meetings
• Support the team in daily office work and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage documents and office work
• Responsible and professional behavior

Experience:

• 0–2 years experience in immigration or office work (preferred)
