Job Description
- 📦 Job Overview: Warehouse Picker / Loader Role: Picker / Loader, also sometimes called a Warehouse Operator or Store Associate.
- Primary Duties:
- Efficiently picking items from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders.
- Packing and sorting products.
- Loading and unloading goods onto trucks or for storage.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock counting.
- Sector: Warehouse / Logistics / E-Commerce.
- 💰 Compensation & Benefits (Varies by Company/Location):Salary Range: Generally between ₹13,642 to ₹19,000 per month (may include incentives).
- Pay Structure: Fixed salary or Fixed + Incentives.
- Common Benefits:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Medical Benefits / Insurance
- Night shift allowance
- Transportation facility (with some companies)
- 📋 Requirements & Schedule:Education: Typically 10th Pass or equivalent (some may accept below 10th or "All Education levels").
