Job Description
- Income Auditing: Daily auditing of hotel revenue, including rooms, restaurant, and bar sales (POS), ensuring accuracy in guest billing and revenue tracking.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Managing city ledger accounts, chasing late payments, and processing vendor payments and invoices.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Payroll Control: Handling payroll calculations and wage payments for staff.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Assisting in preparing annual budgets, forecasting, and auditing inventory to manage costs (3Es - Economy, Efficiency, Effectiveness).
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws, local legislation, and internal hotel financial control
- Manage Purchase Invoice bill and check purchase vs items are correct.
