-> Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
• PF & ESIC: Applicable (deducted from salary)
• Accidental Insurance: ₹1,00,000
• Casual Leave: 1 per month
• Residential Facility: Provided
• Mess Arrangement: Available
• Fuel Allowance: Litre-based fuel reimbursement
• Weekly Off: As per bank norms
• Timing: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Age: 18 to 32 years
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass
• Graduates (Freshers): Eligible to apply
• Candidate must be willing to work in field operations

-> Key Responsibilities

• Loan recovery through field visits and phone calls
• Negotiation with customers for repayment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Reporting daily activities to the immediate manager
• Handle customer issues and provide problem-solving support
