We are looking for an Accountant for a distributor firm who will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting regulations.

• Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting transactions in Tally Latest Software
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements on time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings of stocks and Mode of payments
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments of the vendors
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and Govt.regulations

• Requirements and skillsWork experience as an Accountant
• Must have worked in Distributor firm of Trades like Electronics, Mobiles, FMCG or Any Well Reputed Distribution House for Min 3 years.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures like GST filling and ITC computations etc.
• Min 3 years Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and updated versions of other relevant softwares of accounting etc,
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Must be BCOM in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification in Tally and MS office will be given additional weightage
