Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and competent Accountant with strong expertise in Accounts and Taxation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GSTR & filing, Income Tax, TDS, payroll processing, and accounting software such as Tally and Busy. The role requires accuracy, compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations in a fast-paced fintech and quick commerce environment.

• Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• PF/ESIC Filling .
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and within deadlines
• Handle Income Tax (ITR) filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing
• Process invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable
• Handle payroll processing, salary calculations, and statutory deductions
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and Busy software
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in financial reporting and audit preparation
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (CA, auditors, etc.)
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
• Strong knowledge of:
• GST filing and compliance
• Income Tax and ITR filing
• TDS rules and returns
• Hands-on experience with:
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Busy Accounting Software
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
• Good understanding of payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Preferred SkillsExperience working in fintech, e-commerce, or quick commerce companies
• Basic knowledge of compliance audits and financial reporting
• Ability to handle multiple entities/accounts
