Job Title: Administrative Officer – Dealership Operations

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Administrator to handle overall administrative functions of the dealership. The role involves managing statutory compliances, coordinating with local government authorities, handling vendor management, drafting official documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the dealership. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, well-organized, and capable of getting things done efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage statutory, legal, and regulatory compliances related to dealership operations
  • Coordinate and liaise with local government authorities (RTO, Municipal Corporation, Labour Department, GST office, etc.)
  • Handle licenses, registrations, renewals, permits, and related documentation
  • Draft official letters, applications, agreements, notices, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and registers
  • Vendor management including coordination, negotiation support, documentation, and timely follow-ups
  • Manage AMC contracts, service providers, office supplies, and facility-related vendors
  • Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and compliance calendars using MS Excel
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth dealership operations
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with authorities, vendors, and external agencies
  • Ready to Travel


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3–7 years of experience in administration, preferably in an automobile dealership or similar industry
  • Strong exposure to government coordination and compliance handling
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
