The Role: Admission Counselor

Your primary mission is to be the face (and voice) of our academy. You will guide parents and students through the law entrance journey, demonstrating why National CLAT Academy is their best path to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to prospective leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

• Counseling: Conduct detailed career counseling sessions, explaining our pedagogy and the law industry.

• Persuasion: Effectively address concerns and persuade parents/students of the value of our curriculum.

• Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up pipeline to ensure no lead goes cold.

• Target Achievement: Work toward monthly admission goals with a focus on maximizing your incentive earnings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Linguistic Mastery: Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English. You should be able to switch between both seamlessly to build rapport.

• The "Hustle" Factor: A high degree of zeal, enthusiasm, and a self-motivated "go-getter" attitude.

• Sales Acumen: Prior experience in educational sales, tele-calling, or counseling is highly preferred.

• Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to work on an incentive-heavy structure—the more you convert, the more you earn.

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream (Candidates with a Law background or EdTech experience will have an edge).
