Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller cum Educational Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding career options, courses, and admission processes. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities-

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from students and parents
• Understand student requirements and provide suitable career guidance
• Explain course details, admission procedures, and college options
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student data
• Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth processing
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets 

• ✅ Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Good listening and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of courses and entrance exams (NEET, JEE, CAT etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
