Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Female Admission Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between prospective students and our educational offerings, providing guidance, support, and accurate information to help them make informed decisions about their academic futures.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals
• Provide detailed information about programs, courses, admission requirements, and institutional offerings
• Guide students through the admission process and application steps
• Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless student onboarding
• Promote PIERS EDU services through events, workshops, and outreach programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for counselling and student support
• Confidence in presenting information and building rapport with diverse audiences
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in counselling, admissions, education, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
