Agency Collection Manager - Retail MFB - Collections - Noida - Sector 62 - JM

Key Objective of the Job:  Agency Collection Manager – Microfinance Business

To drive collections through external agencies by identifying, onboarding, and managing agency partners, ensuring effective recovery strategies and smooth coordination between business teams and agencies.

• Identify and empanel collection agencies across regions. 
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, including commission/split percentages. 
• Ensure timely onboarding and compliance of agencies as per company policies. 
• Act as a liaison between internal business teams and external agencies for seamless operations. 
• Monitor agency performance and ensure achievement of collection targets. 
• Implement strategies to improve recovery efficiency and reduce delinquency. 
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly. 
• Maintain accurate records of agency agreements, performance metrics, and payouts.

Educational Qualification: 
• Graduate/Post-Graduate (preferably in Commerce or Business Administration).
