Job Summary

Dealplex Private Limited is looking for dynamic and target-driven Territory / Area Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our retailer network and strengthen brand presence across Jharkhand. The role focuses on onboarding retailers, driving business growth, and executing regional marketing initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard retailers, kirana stores, and distributors
• Develop and expand quick commerce franchise network
• Execute branding and visibility activities in assigned territory
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with retailers and partners
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Ensure proper deployment of marketing materials
• RequirementsAge: 25–40 years
• Graduate (any discipline)
• 1–5 years experience in FMCG / Quick Commerce / Field Sales
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
