Job Description
- Customer Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth, premium buying experience.
- Sales Target Achievement: Actively selling Maruti Suzuki cars, accessories, insurance, and finance solutions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Customer Handling: Managing customer walk-ins, providing detailed product demonstrations (test drives), handling inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Documentation and Delivery: Ensuring timely documentation (booking, finance processing) and overseeing the final vehicle delivery process.
- Customer Retention: Ensuring high levels of satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
