Back Office Manager

Griham Genie LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Back Office Manager to handle data entry operations and manage routine back-office activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, coordination, and smooth administrative functioning by processing data provided by other staff members and supporting overall office operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter, update, and maintain data received from field staff, sales team, and other departments
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final submission
• Maintain records, files, reports, and documents in both digital and physical formats
• Coordinate with internal staff to resolve data discrepancies or missing information
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management
• Handle general back-office and administrative tasks
• Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communication related to office operations
• Ensure confidentiality and data security of company information
• Support management with documentation and operational assistance when required
