Reporting To: Bodyshop AGM & GM

Qualification: Diploma / Graduation in Automobile or related field

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years' experience in 4-wheeler Bodyshop operations (Prior experience as Bodyshop Manager preferred)

Role Purpose: The Bodyshop Manager is responsible for end-to-end Bodyshop operations including accident repairs, insurance coordination, team management, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Bodyshop operations including body & paint repairs
• Handle accident repair cases and ensure timely delivery (TAT adherence)
• Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for cashless claims
• Approve estimates, monitor job cards, and control repair quality
• Lead and motivate bodyshop advisors, technicians, painters, and support staff
• Ensure productivity, load planning, and manpower utilization
• Reduce rework, improve quality standards, and ensure OEM compliance
• Resolve customer escalations and ensure high CSAT
• Control costs and improve Bodyshop profitability
• Prepare MIS reports on productivity, insurance, and revenue
