The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, achieving business targets, managing a high-performing team, building strong distribution networks, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. The role demands strategic planning, execution of sales initiatives, and fostering a culture of performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of branch business targets (sales, renewals, and persistency) through effective team management and channel development.
• Build and maintain a robust agency network, brokers, and other distribution partners.
• Monitor and enhance productivity of sales executives and channel partners.
• Ensure smooth branch operations with adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote health insurance products in line with company strategies and customer needs.
• Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to the sales team.
• Lead local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Address customer queries and resolve escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely MIS/reporting to regional and head office teams.
