Job Profile: Sales And Relationship Manager

* Manage 6000+ Existing Clients

Role & Responsibilities-

Training & Role: Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training in Mutual Funds and Insurance. Post-training, your primary focus will be on relationship management and client service.

·        Client Management: You will be assigned to serve our existing base of 6000+ customers. There is no requirement to find new clients or perform cold calling.

·        Service-Oriented: Meeting with existing clients to explain basic financial concepts and provide ongoing support.

·        Zero Pressure: This role comes with no sales targets; the focus is entirely on quality service and client retention.

·        Operational Support: Assisting in day-to-day office activities, documentation, and lead follow-ups within our current database.

·        Marketing Support: Helping with general marketing activities to keep our existing clients engaged.
